Piles and embarrassment
Piles are enlarged and engorged blood
vessels around and inside the anus. 50% of people suffer at
some point during their life* but despite being very common, it
is important to remember that most patients or customers will find
it an embarrassing subject to discuss. It’s important
to reassure them by providing advice and explaining that it
can be easily treated.
