Active Ingredients

With its unique formula, nothing is more effective at treating piles than Germoloids. The following ingredients are used to help relieve pain, swelling and itching:

Zinc Oxide
Zinc oxide is an astringent, which helps to soothe and protect the area around the back passage from damage. It also helps to shrink the piles and it has mild antiseptic properties.

Lidocaine Hydrochloride
Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic, which helps to soothe swelling, pain and irritation and relieve itching. Lidocaine has a fast onset and intermediate duration of action. It also has minimal risk of systemic effects when used topically.

Hydrocortisone (Germoloids HC Spray only)
Hydrocortisone is a steroid and has local anti-inflammatory and anitpruritic properties, which will reduce the itching, redness and inflammation.
